Gantry feeding automatic machine consist of nine parts:

1. Horizontal auger screw conveyor

Outer tub of auger screw part is made of 2mm galvanized seamless steel pipe. It's diameter is 140mm.

And auger screw piece is made of 3mm thick steel with stamping treatment.

2. Hopper

Hopper is made of 8mm galvanized sheet with high corrosion-resisting.

3. Control panel

It adopts remote control switch to make remote control come true and adjust walking speed.

4. Propel machinery ( running gear )

The track is made of 3mm×5mm square steel and it's road wheel is made of No.45 round steel.

5. Adjustable-speed motor and walking geared motor

Adjustable-speed motor is used to adjust the speed and evenness of fodder distribution.

Walking geared motor is used for control equipment's running.

6. Length-ways auger screw conveyor

Outer tub of auger screw part is made of 2mm galvanized seamless steel pipe. it's diameter is 140mm.

And auger screw piece is made of 2mm thick steel with stamping treatment.

7. Motor for lifting fodder

It adopts GB 1.1 kw motor.

8. Frame

Frame is made of thick 2mm, 4mm*6mm square steel and play supporting and fixing attachment role.

9. Disinfection spray system

It can be used to disinfect chicken shed and have cooling effect in hot summer.
