The adjustable PVC trough and cone-valve drinking line run along the cages, keeping feed and water within easy reach of the broilers.
The white PP floor mat provides stable support as the birds gain weight and allows manure to pass away from the growing area.
PP manure belts beneath the cage tiers carry manure away from the birds and make scheduled poultry house cleaning easier.
Full-opening cage doors give farm staff better access for bird placement, daily inspection and removal at market age.
The cage and frame system includes hot-dip galvanized cage mesh, galvanized supports, full-opening doors, adjustable PVC troughs and PP floor mats. The following automatic systems can be configured for the poultry house:

Square water pipes, cone-valve drinkers, pressure regulators and lifting components.

The H-type broiler chicken battery cage system is suitable for medium and large commercial broiler farms, including new poultry houses, farm expansion and suitable existing houses being upgraded from floor rearing or older equipment.
For a new poultry house, LIVI can arrange the building and cage layout together. For an existing house, the usable length, width, height, ventilation conditions and equipment passages are checked before the cage quantity is confirmed.
In hot-climate projects, the broiler cages can be combined with cooling pads, cone fans, air inlets and environmental controllers according to the poultry house and local temperature.
