The ventilation system is quite important to provide a healthy and comfortable environment for chicken, because chicken and chicken dung can produce many unclean air and noxious gas, which is harmful to chicken. This system consists of boiler heating system, cooling fan, cooling pad and humidification system.

Introduction:

1. The automatic environmental controller is widely used in the poultry house, it can adjust and keep the temperature and humidity at an appropriate level for the poultry chicken to grow up.

2. All the ventilation equipments adopt advanced equipment and technology, are made of special high polymer materials.

3. The cooling fan, which is called ventilator, can exhaust the unclean air and gas produced by chicken. The shutter of cooling fans can be closed to protect the chicken house from the rain ,dust and foreign body.

Here are the components of cooling fan:

Frame: The outer frame size is 1380*1380*400mm ,made of galvanized board with the thickness of zinc layer 180um .

Shutter: Louvered window is made of aluminum alloy, 8 pieces of shutters, galvanized board,0.5mm thickness. Galvanizing layer ,160kg/m2.

Blade: 6 pieces of blades made from stainless steel ,thickness 1.2m

Motor: national-grade aluminum alloy frame motor, 380V, 1.1KW, 50Hz, 3-phase, 4-pole speed, 1410r/m, IP55, class F, efficiency 90%, top/foot mounted, certification, CCC&CE.

4. The cooling pads can turn the inside temperature down effectively, they are made of corrugated paper, processed by special treatment can resist corrosion and prolong service life.

5. Fine filtration can protect efficiently against the particulates in the air.

6. The boiling heating system, which is also called heater, can produce enough warm air and raise the temperature for chicken, especially for baby chick and broiler chicken. Generally, they can be operated by burning coal, burning gas or electric power.

Application

The technology derived from Europe, standard and manufacturing process is wholly in accordance with the European CAD/CAM. Exhaust fan or ventilator is installed in one side, and cooling pad is installed in the other side, then heat and exhaust air inside will be taken away by negative pressure, fresh and filtered air will be pumped into shed, cooling pad can make the air cool down by natural physical phenomenon---evaporation.
