This project is located in Cebu, Philippines, in a tropical area with a hot and humid climate. The project is an open chicken house, suitable for the use of hot-dip galvanized layer cages.

The customer himself raises broiler chickens and has two broiler chicken houses. He relies on the convenient conditions of sea transportation and the huge local demand for eggs to rapidly expand the scale of production. This time he and his family decided to build another layer farm with the capacity to raise 20,000 laying hens. Details of the 20,000 layers cages project in the Philippines

Taking into account the local climate, we designed an open house layer battery cage system for the customer to ensure the breeding of 20,000 laying hens. The specific plan is as follows: Using the 195-45-41 A-type layer cage system, a set of hot-dip galvanized layer cages can raise 160 chickens. The size of the chicken house is designed to be 95 meters long, 12 meters wide, and 3.5 meters high. There are 3 rows of A-type layer cage system placed in the chicken house, with 42 sets in each row, for a total of 126 sets. The chicken house can accommodate 20,160 laying hens.

The customer was very satisfied with our design and quickly placed an order for these layer battery cage system for his new project.

Progress of 20,000 layers cages project in the Philippines

This customer placed his order in November and receive our hot-dip galvanized layer cages by the end of November. At the beginning of December, we arranged for professionals to assist them with the installation of layer battery cage system.

Currently, the 20,000-layer farm is still being installed and will be completed by the end of December. The customer and his family are very satisfied with our A-type layer cage system .
