This is a 10,000 broiler cage chicken farm built by LIVI poultry farming equipment supplier. It is located in Accra, Ghana, 50 kilometers from the city center.

 

 

Background of 10,000 Broiler Cages Chicken Farm in Ghana:

In recent years, Ghana's broiler industry has developed rapidly, and broiler production has increased significantly. In order to improve the production efficiency of broiler chickens, the farmer Kwaku contacted us and said that he had been using the deep litter system before, but the breeding efficiency was too low and the broilers were prone to disease. He now wanted to switch to broiler cage raising of chickens. And it will be expanded from the original 5,000 broilers to 10,000 broilers.

 

Project Details of 10,000 Broiler Cages Chicken Farm in Ghana:

Based on the demands of the farmer Kwaku, we designed the following chicken farm solutions for him:

1. One broiler chicken shed, with dimensions of 61 meters long, 8 meters wide and 3 meters high, covering an area of 488 square meters, approximately 0.05 hectares.

2. H-type broiler chicken cages, with dimensions of 106*80*42cm, can accommodate 102 broilers in a single set, and a total of 100 sets are needed to raise 10,000 broilers.

3. A complete set of automatic poultry cage system: equipped with automated feeding, drinking water, manure cleaning and environmental control systems for customers.

Project Time:

It took a total of 3 months from receiving this project in October 2023, to producing a complete set of broiler cage system and related poultry farming equipment, to transportation and installation. Detailed timeline for the project below.
