Materials and Manufacturing Standards
LIVI cage systems use Q235 high-strength steel. Selected cage components use a 275 g/m² hot-dip galvanized coating to improve corrosion resistance and long-term stability. Equipment specifications and surface-treatment methods are confirmed according to product type, project configuration and operating environment.

Certifications and International Documents
LIVI Machinery strictly implements an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system throughout its poultry equipment production and quality-control processes. LIVI chicken cages and other poultry farming equipment can be supplied with applicable CE certification and destination-market compliance documents, including PVoC, CoC, SONCAP, Certificates of Origin, FTA Certificates, and ECTN/BESC documentation, according to the product type, destination-country requirements and contract terms.
